On start, I would like to share with you my process of building a map from scratch
In-game new grounds medals are added:
-Build and Publish a map
-Complete a map with a difficulty rating of 3 or higher
-Finish first in multiplayer game with 2 or more players
-Finish first in multiplayer game with 4 or more players
